RETURNS

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with their original tags and packaging.

Before sending anything back, email support@pi.clothing with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are not refundable.

Items marked final sale cannot be returned. Exchanges depend on available stock; because releases are limited, an approved exchange may be completed as a refund instead.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact support@pi.clothing within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs.
